We would like to inform you that the standard waiting time for funds transferred via bank transfer is between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that a bank transfer incurs a fee of 10 – 45 USD. The banking fee is charged by the bank, not Tradequo.
To apply for a withdrawal via bank transfer, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to my.tradequo.com and navigate to the Funds section, then select Withdraw.
- Choose the wallet from which you wish to transfer funds under the ‘From’ section. Make sure the currency matches the initial deposit transactions.
- Choose the ‘To’ option: FIAT, payment method: Bank Transfer.
- Click on ‘Submit your bank payout here‘ and fill out the form with your details.
After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation of successful submission.
