If you want to change your old email to a new one, please send an email to Support following these steps:

  1. Create an email to [email protected]
  2. Use the subject line “Change Old Email to New Email_Client ID:…”
  3. Provide your personal details:

             – Full name
             – Client ID
             – Phone Number
             – Old email & New email to be updated

  1. Start an identity verification using the link shared by the team support
