How to Whitelist your Withdrawal Address in Client Portal

What Is the Purpose of Whitelisting a Withdrawal Address?

Whitelisting a withdrawal address enhances security by allowing you to specify a list of trusted addresses to which your funds can be sent. By whitelisting an address, you ensure that only that address is eligible to receive withdrawals from your account, thereby preventing unauthorized transactions and reducing the risk of fraud.

How Do I Access the Withdraw Whitelist Function?

  1. Log in to Your सदस्य क्षेत्र: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.
  2. Navigate to the Profile Section: After logging in, click on the round icon with your initials in the top right corner of the member area. From the dropdown menu, select “Security.”
  3. Activate the Withdraw Whitelist: In the Security section, locate the Withdraw Whitelist option. You may need to scroll down to find it under the Two-Factor Authentication section. Click the toggle switch to turn it on.
  4. Add a New Whitelist Address:
    • Click the + Add button next to the toggle.
    • Choose the currency code from the list as the currency of wallet address. These are the currencies currently supported and can be whitelisted in our system:

      • BNB - Binance Coin
      • TRX - Tron
      • BCH - Bitcoin Cash
      • USDC - USD Coin
    • Add a wallet address you desire to whitelist: A wallet address is a unique string of characters used to send or receive cryptocurrency.
    • Add Destination Tag (if applicable): For certain cryptocurrencies like Ripple (XRP), Stellar (XLM), and Binance Coin (BNB), you may also need to provide a Destination Tag. This tag is an additional identifier required to correctly route your transaction to the correct recipient within the network.
    • Click Submit: To finalize adding the whitelist address.

Please Note: To activate the Withdraw Whitelist function, you will need to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) first. For more detailed instructions on setting up 2FA, please refer to our article: How to Activate Two-Factor Authentication on the Client Portal.

How to get crypto wallet address?

Obtain the wallet address from your cryptocurrency wallet. Ensure you copy and paste the address exactly as it appears, without adding any extra spaces or characters.

What is a Destination Tag?

A destination tag is a unique identifier used by some cryptocurrency networks to specify an account or transaction within a larger wallet address. It helps ensure that funds are correctly attributed to the intended recipient.

How to Find a Destination Tag?

The destination tag is typically provided by the recipient or can be found in your wallet’s transaction settings. Make sure to include this tag when adding an address to the whitelist to avoid any issues with transactions.
